About Samuel
I have just graduated from the University of Southampton with a first class bachelor's in Electronic Engineering and I am about to begin a PhD in Optoelectronics. I have a passion for tutoring (I have tutored voluntarily at various levels of my education) and love interactive sessions with my students where I guide them to solve problems by building and/or directing their intuitions when trying to answer a question or understand a concept.

I take an interactive approach to teaching that involves building on previous knowledge when introducing new content, and allowing the student to try to express intuitive solutions to a problem. For new content covered, we will look through examples, then past papers to test understanding and get familiar with the exam style questions.
