About Roxanna
Hello! I am a PhD student in the field of molecular biology (I focus on a disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy!) I am currently in my final year (ahh!) I also have a Masters in biomedical sciences. I have experience mentoring students at Masters and Bachelors level for the past 3 years, and also help with teaching in labs.

I'm a very visual learner so I like to create nice diagrams and flow charts to help others learn this way. I also tend to come up with silly raps/songs (which surprisingly help a lot!)
More traditionally, I'll tend to start with a broad overview of the curriculum and flag up any problem areas which require further focus. I'm very individual-led and flexible in my teaching styles.
