About Alexis
I am a second-year PhD student in Clinical Psychology at Texas A&M University. My program is research-oriented specializing in a strong foundation of grant writing, research collection, statistical analysis, and publishing manuscripts. I also am provided a strong foundation in clinical training in my program so I learn a wide range of knowledge.
In my free time, I love to listen to alternative music, play with my mini golden doodle Suki, paint, swim read, and work out. I love exercising and being outdoors!

Hello! My name is Alexis and I too have struggled in the past with statistics. Learning statistics from my senior year of high school until now, I have taken many different types of statistics courses.
I will use problem-guided and hands-on experience to help students to better understand the foundation of statistics and their applications including running regression and ANOVA analysis!
I love to explain statistics in a basic way that does not complicate basic terms. Using language that most people will understand is a much better way in my opinion than explaining with technical-only language!
