About Ella
Hi! My name is Ella, and I'm a first-year PhD student in the Astronomy program at the University of Washington. I study how the Galaxy grows and how dark matter plays a role in that process. But, I wouldn't have gotten to this point if it wasn't for the amazing mentors, teachers, and tutors I've had along the way, and I am hoping to be the same for you all. Outside of research, I enjoy hiking, skiing, and photography.
