About Alicia
When I started as a lecturer the course at the university, which was optional, had on average 25 students. For the last two years, my course was receiving more than 60 applications. The reason? I always care for the students and I encourage their questions. I like the students to understand that no question is stupid and that it is impossible to progress in their understanding of a topic when they feel there is something that is not completely clear

Always have used slides to clearly explain the topics discussed during the session. The slides are made available to the students at the beginning of the class. The length of the sessions at the university was fixed (one hour) but in this case, it will strongly depend on what the student needs. I teach my courses using Minitab which is a powerful, but very easy-to-use statistics software. Depending on the needs of the student, I will include more or less theoretical content but always place emphasis on the application of the theoretical principles. In summary, all my classes are geared to the needs of the student

Perfect! Alicia has a fantastic knowledge of statistics and taught very clearly and came prepared to our lesson. In our lesson, Alicia taught me some of the basics of simulation, which I need for an upcoming course. She also cared a lot about making sure I pick up all the essential concepts. I highly recommend her.
