My approach to teaching is based on emphasising two key elements of instructing for college courses. The first one is to make the courses simple and clear enough that everybody in class would understand the majority of the course load regardless of their educational background. Depending on the course’s objectives, in order to make the course clear enough, I use the media and technology vastly. For example, for a Project Evaluation or Spreadsheet Modelling courses, students are needed to learn and apply M.S. Excel program. Accordingly, I intend to make computer-hours (on top of the lecture hours in the class), to make sure that they understand independently the use of the M.S. Excel program to solve the finance/economics exercises. Another tool I have been using is adapting the courses to real life as much as possible. Giving examples from life and in particular from simple newspapers helps students utilise the economic theories into real life. The second element is to give the idea to the students that they will not be successful unless they work hard enough; this makes them complete the requirements of the course. I evaluate my class early to find out whether students begin to lose the main picture of the course or not. Middle of the semester is too late to realise that you have lost half of your class. By giving quizzes, assignments or homework, I try to get a feel for my students early so that I can shape my class to their abilities and needs. More importantly, I want to make sure students are able to use these theories/analytical tools, in real life. A more important tool would be having a project for the course, which helps students both understand and use the theories/analytical tools, adequately. Secondly, I want to make sure they are able to express themselves. Accordingly, I encourage them to present their project in the class, which would be good practice for them before graduating. Keeping different motivation for different classes in mind, I intend to use these objectives above. However, given that I partially teach to distance students, some of my methods are inapplicable. But, teaching to distance students helped me to improve course materials. I eventually have the habit to prepare all my lecture notes/PowerPoint slides typed, upload them to the course website, and discuss more examples (apart from the ones discussed in the class hours). Also, I also return back to students' e-mails, phone calls as soon as possible (during 6 hours under normal circumstances). Experience I have Economics, and have great experience in teaching in different countries, like USA, UAE, QATAR, New Zealand. I have experience in teaching in different fields of economics and finance and statistics fields. My students provide positive feedback all the time

Frank is very trustworthy and professional and will help you in any way he can. He is very confident in the subjects he teaches and was able to deal with and explain any question I presented him with, no matter the complexity. He is also a very nice person to work with and is passionate about teaching. Frank will really help you being successful even at the master’s level.

Frank is a very good tutor, he had tutored for me for economics and statistics courses. I benefited it a lot. I strongly recommend him
Frank tutored me in a Stage 3 Corporate Finance course. I initially lacked confidence in my abilities but Frank was able to guide me through the principles and problems in a way that made sense! With his help my final grade was significantly higher than it otherwise would have been! I am very grateful to Frank for his phenomenal assistance, and can thoroughly recommend him to any University student seeking help with their Finance or Economics courses!
Extremely helpful, and reliable. I would highly recommend him as a tutor!
