About Esli Joy
I am a licensed Professional Teacher with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, a Master of Science in Engineering Management, and a Master's degree in Educational Management. Graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management. I have more than 12 years of teaching experience in higher education, primarily in engineering, computer science, and research.
As an Assistant Professor and Research Coordinator, I am passionate about helping students develop not only technical competence but also critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills. I believe that education should empower learners to become independent, innovative, and lifelong learners.
