About Dr Ali
I'm a PhD Dr in human anatomy and thus use science to get my clients the results they want. I have been a body transformation coach for 5 years and currently a senior trainer in the local gym. Can take classes outside in a park for groups of people or one on one sessions in the clients home, park or local gym.

I use science and fun to get results for my clients. I am of the mindset that anyone can get results no matter their size, age, sex or fitness backround. I work with clients that have depression and don't want to go to the gym. For them i offer skype sessions in which i work with you and show you the moves and methods to use. No gym equipment is needed as body weight and a clear floor will get results. Also offer these sessions to post natal woman and even elderly cleints.
