About Nancy
I am a national and international level Taekwondo athlete who began training at the age of nine, initially for self-defense, which soon became a competitive passion. Competing at district, state, national, and international levels has shaped my discipline, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure while balancing academics. Through Taekwondo, I have developed strong values of leadership, consistency, teamwork, and integrity. I enjoy mentoring others and sharing realistic fitness guidance to help students grow physically, mentally, and confidently.

My fitness classes are designed to be effective, fun, and motivating, using a variety of exercises to keep sessions engaging and enjoyable. As a national-level Taekwondo athlete with over 10 years of experience, I focus on building strength, flexibility, stamina, and discipline through structured yet flexible workouts. Along with physical training, I include real-life talks, mindset guidance, and practical motivation to help students stay consistent and confident. Each class is personalized based on individual fitness levels and goals, making it suitable for beginners, students, and adults.
