About Jonathan
Hi!
i´ m a personal trainer based in London with a big passion for the health and fitness industry, i´ ve been doing high performance sports most of my life, training in gyms and teaching for the last 2 years.
i found myself having more fun and fulfilment by helping and seeing people around me progress and change their lives.
Create an exit with small changes that lead to a massive impact in the life of the people i work with is what i love doing.

With the basics, as we progress we will introduce more technical and advance exercises, increasing the volume or intensity of the exercises.
Length of lessons will be 45-60 min.
( any level of fitness is more than welcome!)
