Come and train with me and I will design an exciting, enjoyable, flexible, unique plan tailored for the type of exercise you enjoy. I also offer online sessions if you prefer!
I have transformed my life and dropped 4 dress sizes, from a size 18 to a size 10, 5 stone, 32kg, 70lbs without extreme restriction, yoyo-dieting, eating carbs, eating chocolate and eating Mc Donalds! I have also helped so many people do the same!
