I run a tailored service to my clients, if you want someone to push you, I'll be that person, while also operating safely and ensuring good form to provide sustainable work outs
I usually run 1 hour sessions, although this can be increased if needed
I've got 4 years experience as a Personal Trainer, and also run a Personal Training Business which means I can provide other personal trainers if needed (e.g. if female only trainers are required) contact me for more details :)
I run lessons for all skill level, ages, genders, I'm open to all types of clients
