About Krzysztof
I am a qualified personal trainer in Poland and the European Union with 4 years of experience in sport. I offer online guidance and training in Krosno. I have extensive knowledge in the field of building strength, muscles, fitness and motor preparation in football and martial arts. In addition, I give dietary consultations. The basis of my knowledge are the books of outstanding American and Russian coaches such as: Vince Gironda, Chad Waterbury, Jim Wendler, Charles Poliquin, Fred Hatfield and Pavel Tsatsouline.
