About Harshita
With over 15 years of training in various fitness approaches such as calisthenics, boxing, and aerial arts, alongside a diverse background in dance styles including Kathak, Bollywood, contemporary, and jazz, I bring a wealth of experience to my classes. As a former lawyer turned passionate instructor, I understand the demands of busy schedules and the importance of finding balance in life. My personalized approach caters to students of all ages, offering flexibility and accessibility while fostering creativity, expression, and a deep understanding of the body's mechanics. Whether guiding students through dance choreography or empowering them with fitness knowledge, I am committed to creating a supportive environment where individuals can thrive in their wellness journey and witness self discovery.

With over four years of teaching experience, I bring a passion for the arts and a deep understanding of diverse schedules to my dance and fitness classes. Having transitioned from a career in law, I tailor my classes to accommodate the busy lives of professionals, offering flexibility and accessibility. In dance, I foster creativity and expression alongside technical skills, while in fitness, I provide detailed explanations of body functions, empowering students to understand their physiology better. Whether aspiring to be professional dancers or simply aiming for better health, I am dedicated to creating a supportive environment where all students feel comfortable to explore and grow in their wellness journey. As a multidisciplinary teacher I give my students an exposure to cross training in various disciplines so they can make an informed choice of what style of movement they resonate with the most.
