About Aakash
Hi, I’m Aakash, an economics student at the University of Warwick with a big passion for fitness and training. Going to the gym has been a huge part of my life — it gave me confidence, structure, and the discipline to balance studies, work, and personal goals. Over time, I realised how much I enjoy helping others experience the same benefits. That’s why I want to share what I’ve learned and guide people towards building strength, staying consistent, and feeling proud of their progress.
