About Darren
I used to be 110kg, 40 a day smoker and a big drinker. Now I race for Great Britain age group triathlon teams and coached hundreds of people on how to get into fantastic shape. I love coaching people and holding them to account.

You'll receive nutrition reviews, supplementation information & how to test your metabolism & hormone levels. Level 3 personal trainer, hypnotherapist, bulletproof coach and nutrition coach. Coach - aged 18+ only.
