About Freya
I am currently a masters student at the university of Edinburgh finishing up my postgrad in strength and conditioning. I am currently interning with the performance athletes at the university and closely working with the endurance runners who are currently competing to qualify for the Olympic games this summer! My favorite style of training is to lift heavy things and I love to train other women to do the same! Learning how to move well is at the forefront of everything I do and comes as the base level to anything I do.

Looking to engage with clients who are looking for someone to develop bespoke gym based and pitch based programs to suit their fitness needs. I offer an online personal training services with monthly check-ins and progress updates to ensure optimal progress whether that be in your sport or to reach your aesthetic goal.
Each "session" will be 30-1hr mins to get to know you and create the best program for you whether that be getting, faster, stronger or post injury work.
I have spent 2+ years serving as a bespoke personal trainer offering olympic based and Cross Training classes to the general and athletic population as well as 1-to-1s.
8 Years of my early career consisted of coaching field hockey at the developmental and performance level. From U4s-Masters players.
