My lessons are first and foremost stress reducing, I focus on your foundational skills-if any! I specialized in highly anxious children and the elderly. I love the benefits of water and I want my students to fall in love with it too! Everyone deserves a chance to find ways that the water works for your body, soul, and mind. My clients are both in NYC and LA proper.
