About Victor
I am an Engineer graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Pará, I also took a Coach course for Human and Professional Development, I have experiences in teaching children and young people through community services in the Catholic Church. I have always taught my classmates to learn the content as simply and objectively as possible, as I knew that by teaching them I would learn much more. I recently created the De Aluno Para Aluno project, where I will address topics such as productivity, procrastination, time management, self-knowledge, study routines, emotional intelligence and high performance for students.

My teaching method is totally dedicated to the student's needs and profile. After an assessment of strengths and opportunities, it is possible to enhance their qualities, thus having more engagement to overcome difficulties. Listening and feedback are tools are the most important elements for my methodology. In this way, the student can get to know himself better, learning to face the learning challenges. Thus, it is the student who will develop their internal skills in a permanent and profound way in this process.
