Teaching is not about sharing knowledge but rather about making the subject interesting so that the student is motivated to learn.
Therefore my focus is on enabling the student to reach their full potential and be excited about learning. When a student looks forward to learning because they enjoy their interaction with the tutor and the subject is not boring they will apply themselves as never before.
Every person who has been a student will have at least one favorite teacher. Most of the time they will say they liked that teacher because they believed in them, treated them with respect and were passionate about what they were teaching.
