About Paul
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have studied singing for 20 years from many different perspectives including SLS, Bel Canto. I've worked as a composer/songwriter and producer in the advertising world, and I'm currently transitioning into film. I have a good knowledge of pop, indie, alternative, r&b, hip-hop and dance music, both in terms of songwriting and production choices.
I've been able to assist students in realising their potential. I can cover singing, songwriting, arrangement, production, relaxation in any combination. My experience in the industry has helped me understand how to navigate and advise talent on the best approach to getting their craft honed, and getting their goals realised.

I am a composer, singer, producer, songwriter and sound designer with 10 years of experience in the ad and film world. I'm very sensitive to people's needs and I'm very diverse and patient in my approach to working with people and getting great results.
- Which subject(s) do you teach?
I teach singing/vocal coaching (contemporary), music production, music technology - sampling, sequencing, sound design etc, songwriting and arrangement.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I studied music technology under some legendary music producers. I learnt to embrace all aspects of the industry and to be aware of the changing technologies available and implementing them to create the best work possible. I graduated with first class honours.
- How much do you charge?
It's best to start with a phone call or a Skype call. You can discuss your needs and wants with me, and I'll give my thoughts on how we should progress. If we're both happy with the discussion, we can organise an initial lesson.
I offer a non-pressured approach. I encourage hard work and dedication, whether it's under my guidance or not.
- Where do you teach?
I can travel to students' homes, or alternatively, I teach out of different locations (rehearsal studios) around London and occasionally in Kent.
Skype lessons can also be offered if we can't meet face to face.
- When are you available?
I teach between 10am-8pm, Monday- Thursday, however if help outside these hours is required, I'm sure we can work something out to suit you.

14+

Perfect! Stuck with what to get our 16 year old nephew for Christmas we decided to get him song-writing lessons. We found Paul and couldn't be happier. Nephew is happy and asked for extra lessons for his birthday - enthusiasm from a teenager, can't say better than that!
