About Pavithra

Hello! I am Pavithra, a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong background in guiding primary school students through their crucial early academic years. I hold a solid academic qualification with years of hands-on experience in teaching young learners.

My commitment is to create a safe, highly structured, and encouraging learning environment where children feel motivated to excel. I prioritize consistency, transparent communication with parents, and professional lesson preparation. By maintaining high standards of teaching and focusing on steady progress, I ensure every student develops both genuine academic competence and strong confidence in their foundational skills.

About the lesson

Target Audience & Level

My classes are specifically designed for young learners in Class 1 to 5 following the CBSE and State Board curricula. I cater to primary school children who need either foundational support to clear doubts or structured guidance to build strong academic confidence in both Mathematics and English.

Teaching Techniques & Methods

Concept-First Learning: I focus on core concepts rather than rote memorization. For Math, I break down abstract numbers into visual, relatable examples. For English, I build vocabulary and grammar through storytelling and practical usage.

Interactive & Patient Approach: Every child learns at their own pace. I use engaging worksheets, interactive activities, and regular encouragement to keep young students motivated and curious.

Dual-Subject Balance: I smoothly bridge Math (logical thinking) and English (reading, comprehension, and communication) so students excel across both foundational subjects.

Typical Class Structure

Warm-Up & Homework Review (10 mins): We start with a brief recap of the previous lesson and address any questions from assignments.

Core Concept Introduction (20 mins): Step-by-step introduction of the day’s topic using simplified explanations and visual aids.

Guided Practice (20 mins): Real-time problem solving or exercises where I guide the student through practical examples.

Wrap-Up & Quick Quiz (10 mins): A fun review to assess understanding, followed by clear practice tasks for home.

What Makes My Classes Unique

Personalized Attention: I adapt my pace to match your child’s unique learning style and attention span.

Curriculum Alignment: Lessons directly complement school textbooks and exam requirements for both CBSE and State Boards.

Confidence Building: Beyond academics, I cultivate a supportive space where young students feel comfortable asking questions without fear of making mistakes.
