I have over 25 years of teaching experience, working with children across a wide range of abilities — from early numeracy to more advanced senior-level mathematics.
I have taught in formal classroom environments as well as one-to-one online lessons, allowing me to quickly identify gaps in understanding and adapt my teaching approach accordingly.

I specialise in helping young learners build strong foundations, confidence, and enjoyment in mathematics — especially students who feel anxious, stuck, or “not good at maths.”
My lessons are calm, structured, and encouraging, and I adapt every session to the child’s learning style and pace.
In our first lesson, I assess each student’s current level, identify strengths and gaps, and create a gentle, personalised plan to move forward. Children leave the trial lesson with a clear understanding of how I can support their mathematical journey.
