About Alex
I have been a tutor on and off for fellow students, friends, and other associates for 10 years with dedicated online tutoring over the past four years, logging over 1200 hours of online tutoring and helping over 100+ students in both high school and college. These tutoring sessions were group and individual including full courses on subjects including Algebra 1&2, Pre-Calculus, Statistics, Calculus, Linear Algebra, and Differential Equations.

As a tutor for all ages and mathematics, I strive to see where those disconnects occur and shine a new light on the subject. I aim to create a stronger foundation for each student's education by breaking the topics into their more comprehensible roots. I use lesson plans to cover each topic at a speed that is comfortable for the student, teaching them all they need to succeed in that particular unit. Then, I provide the students with time to work through problems and ask questions as they work to drive home that session's topics. This can always be adjusted to meet each student's individual needs.
