About Grace
Hi! My name is Grace, and I am a certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders. I have been working in school settings since 2023, supporting students in reading, speech, language development, and overall academic growth. I also have experience as a substitute teacher, which has given me a strong understanding of classroom expectations and diverse learning styles.
I am passionate about helping students build confidence in their reading and communication skills through patient, engaging, and individualized instruction. My approach is supportive, structured, and evidence-based, ensuring each student feels encouraged while making real progress.
I truly enjoy working one-on-one because it allows me to connect with students, understand their unique needs, and help them succeed both academically and personally.

I offer personalized one-on-one lessons tailored to each student’s unique learning style, strengths, and goals. With my background as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant and degree in Communication Disorders, I specialize in reading, literacy, articulation, and overall communication skills.
My sessions are structured but engaging — we work on targeted skill-building, confidence, and practical strategies students can use in school and everyday life. I use evidence-based techniques, interactive activities, and clear step-by-step instruction to make learning effective and enjoyable.
Whether your child needs support with reading fluency, comprehension, speech sounds, vocabulary, or academic organization, I create a supportive environment where they feel comfortable, motivated, and successful. My goal is not just improvement, but lasting confidence.
