About Cerys
I studied A level psychology for 2 years looking at many different approaches, including biological, cognitive, environmental, psychodynamic and of course, the positivist approach. I also looked into many of the different therapies and healthy coping mechanisms for individuals and would love to share this knowledge!

I will be doing one on one sessions, focusing on the positive approach of psychology whilst also implementing some healthy coping mechanisms from the cognitive approach which I believe are beneficial and healthier for everyone. I am a very friendly and helpful person so will make sure that all lessons are enjoyable encouraging you to want take part and learn the positive ways of life!
