About Elan
My name is Elan, I am a recent graduate from Augsburg University with degrees in Biology and Environmental Studies. I have a lot of experience with a wide variety of students as a School Board Chair, including students with learning disabilities (ADHD, Dyslexia, etc.). I am excited to offer up my experience and expertise in the field of Natural Science Studies. My studies have taken me to Kenya to study Wildlife Ecology. This experience in the field showed me just how critical experiential learning is. My goal is to use experiential learning to aide you in your understanding of the sciences, and help you accomplish your goals as a student and in life.

My approach as a tutor focuses on building real understanding of course material through observing and adapting to the ways my students learn. I push my students to challenge themselves and invest in their own success in my course. I have found that self driven students experience higher levels of understanding and success in their courses.
