About Victoria
When I first entered college, I was equipped with no cooking skills. My meals consisted of ramen and pizza, and I quickly gained weight and became quite unhealthy. I finally decided enough was enough, and I taught myself how to cook. Over time, my passion for cooking grew and I was soon in the kitchen cooking every single night - not because I had to, but because I wanted to! Learning how to create delicious food from scratch has been a life-changer. Now, I want to pass my knowledge on to you.

As a teacher, I understand that every student has a unique learning style. If you want a visual demonstration, I will walk you step by step through a recipe without you having to lift a finger. If you prefer a hands-on approach, I will have you work along with me. I will always provide you with a recipe and a lesson outline.
I have lots of experience with creating budget-friendly meals (I used to live on a $30/week food budget.) I also love international cooking, and have experience cooking cuisine from Italy, Thailand, Vietnam, Morocco, and more! If you have a particular cuisine in mind, just let me know.
