About Nicole
Hi, my name is Nicole. I reside in Phoenix, AZ. I have a Bachelor's in Justice Studies with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and a Master's in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Criminal Justice all from NAU. In addition, I have an Associate's in Paralegal Studies. I am currently working on a Special Education program from Teachers of Tomorrow. I currently work as a Substitute Teacher. I have been doing that for two years now. I have experience with lesson planning, prepping, classroom management, and teaching. Other than that, I like to read, cook, and walk my dog. I have a Bachelor’s in Justice Studies with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and a Master's in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Criminal Justice. In addition, I have an Associate’s in Paralegal Studies. I am currently a Substitute Teacher and I am working on a Special Education program. I have experience working on lesson plans. My teaching method is to differentiate each student based on their learning needs. I will assess each student on their first session and see where they are at regarding fluency, phonological and phonemic awareness. I will introduce some reading materials and grade them by wpm and see where they stand by wpm. I will give parents or the client weekly written assessment reports.
