About Beau
I have a deep love for stories, language, and how words shape our world, I help students from GCSE through to A-level (and beyond) build confidence in analysis, essay writing, creative expression, and close reading.
I want to teach because I’ve seen firsthand how unlocking a text or mastering a skill can transform a student’s perspective and self-belief. There’s nothing more rewarding than guiding someone to discover their own voice, fall in love with literature, or finally ‘get’ that tricky concept. I look forward to working with you!

I believe that academic success is never dependent on "natural" academic ability; it’s about identifying what your brain needs in order to understand and retain information. With my students, I focus on discovering their individual learning style and adapting my teaching to reach them most effectively. I help students not just memorise information, but learn to think critically and express themselves with confidence. I’m an empathetic teacher and will never judge anyone for having questions.
