Using a Variety of different methods embedding IT with esol, by understanding individuals specific needs and enhancing their abilities, setting their individual goals and helping them to achieve those goals by working in groups or 1:1. Applying different role plays, I believe in a class room where students feel that each lesson has been tailored according to their individual needs.
