About Flor
With my background in psychology, I understand how students learn and feel, allowing me to support their growth more effectively. Before I became a teacher, I worked with several international companies, including McDonald's, AT&T, Thomson Reuters, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and Telstra. These experiences gave me a global perspective that I now bring into the classroom — helping students not just learn English, but also connect with the wider world.
I have a deep appreciation for world culture, so I feel personally connected to all my students from Beginner to Advanced level, kids and adults altogether. I'm enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact by helping students become confident English speakers because effective communication is power. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and I’m a TEFL and TESOL-certified English teacher. For more than five years, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching English to students from around the world. I provide a fully immersive English environment. This helps students naturally develop their thinking and communication skills in English. My teaching style is patient, engaging, and interactive. I strive to create a warm and encouraging classroom where my students feel confident expressing themselves. With my background in psychology, I understand how students learn and feel, allowing me to support their growth more effectively.
