Hi! I'm Haidy, and I'm truly passionate about cooking. I specialise in teaching beginners how to cook confidently – even if you've never cooked before. I focus on Egyptian, Middle Eastern, healthy meals, and desserts, and I love making cooking simple and fun. My online classes are friendly, easy to follow, and fully customised to your level and goals. Whether you're a complete beginner, a student, a working mum, or someone who just wants to improve their cooking skills – I’ll guide you step by step, like we’re cooking together in the same kitchen! About the lesson

My cooking lessons are designed especially for beginners who want to learn step by step. We’ll start with basic, easy recipes using ingredients you already have at home. I explain everything clearly and slowly, so even if you’ve never cooked before, you’ll feel confident in the kitchen. The lessons are done online through video calls – you can ask questions anytime during the session. I also provide tips, alternatives for ingredients, and ideas for healthier versions of your favourite dishes. You can choose which recipes you'd like to learn, or I can guide you with a full plan. Whether you're cooking for yourself, your family, or just for fun – I’ll help you enjoy every step of the journey!
