Perfect! Kevin a toutes les qualités qu’on peut attendre de lui lorsque l’on signe pour son cours. Super coach très professionnel
J'ai fait 3 séances avec Kevin, je me suis laissé guider par les exercices qu'il proposait. Fatigué au milieu de la séance il s'est adapté à mon niveau (reprise du sport) et m'a motivé. Beaucoup d'encouragement et d'énergie positive.
Conseils diététiques précieux en bonus.Kevin se donne à fond, il suffit une minute de le regarder s'entraîner pour en être convaincu. Il est impliqué, généreux et altruiste.
Ensuite regardez moi ce physique ! Son corps est le reflet de son travail sportif
Vous pouvez lui faire confiance les yeux fermésKevin m'a beaucoup aidé à améliorer mon physique, il a su m'indiquer mes points forts et mes points faibles et comment adapter mon entrainement a ces derniers.
