About Asriel
My name is Asriel, and I’m really passionate about the Earth.
Geography is a highly diverse, dynamic and employable subject, with relevance to every area of our world and society. Despite this, many students don’t get a chance to appreciate the subject for what it is in busy classrooms where teaching methods aren’t necessarily tailored towards them.
Through 1:1 bespoke tuition, I’m able to ensure students are up to speed with GCSE geography content, and that they have confident strategies in place for their exams. As a neurodiverse person, I’m able to tailor lessons to a broad range of learning styles and interests to ensure students can get the most out of their time with me.
I’m a third year MESci Geology with Physical Geography student at the University of Liverpool, where I’m currently on track to achieve a first class. I studied geography, geology and ancient history at A Level, and achieved five 9s and four 8s at GCSE.

I am able to offer accessible, engaging and confident lessons to students from content across all major KS3 and GCSE geography and geology syllabi.
I am highly knowledgeable about different learning styles, and as a neurodiverse person myself I understand how neurodiverse people learn. I am able to adapt my lessons to the needs of particular students.
I am also knowledgeable about the organisational and revision skills required to do well at GCSE, having received five 9s and four 8s myself. I would be happy to work with students to produce a revision strategy and timetable ahead of major exams.
