About Anita
I am passionate about fitness, fitness, health nutrition, and personally practice bodybuilding. At 25 years old, I left a very good job as a commercial in software to dedicate myself 100% to my passion, which is to help people who want to get in shape and have a healthy diet. For years I helped my friends, my family and some curious people in view of the results, to finally dedicate myself to my passion and helped all the people wishing to find tone, muscles, and a suitable food.
