About Sabine
I am a native French speaker and I first learned Dutch at school. During my second year at university, I had the opportunity to participate in an Erasmus Belgica at KUL in Kortrijk. I then decided to further study at KUL. During my studies, I gave many private lessons to high school students and I started my career as a Dutch teacher. I have been living in Flanders for 8 years now and practice Dutch daily with my boyfriend and friends, and at my work.

The first course is free and allows me to get to know the learner, to assess his level, as well as the methodology most suited to the person and his objectives. We set a frequency, a term and objectives to reach. Each support is tailor-made. During the support, I base myself on different sources, but also on the material that the learner has. I work in partial or total immersion to accelerate learning and make it concrete. I also like to (re) explain the notions of grammar. However, I find that theory should support practice, not the other way. This is why I favor real-life situations, at the learner's level.
