I’m a mother and a devoted yoga instructor. My yoga journey began as a personal quest to improve my health. After being diagnosed with thyroid issues, I turned to yoga, and the transformation it brought into my life was incredible. Through regular practice, I found not only relief from my condition but also a renewed sense of energy, balance, and mental clarity.
This experience has given me a deep understanding of how powerful yoga can be, especially for those dealing with specific health conditions like thyroid disorders, diabetes, and back pain. Now, I am committed to helping others on their journey to better health and well-being through yoga.
With a professional degree in yoga and a strong passion for healing, I aim to create a supportive and welcoming space regardless of the starting point.
