About Kenza
I have been practicing yoga every day for six years now. I started with hatha yoga then I quickly increased in intensity to practice a more dynamic flow, vinyasa yoga. I will be going to Bali in June to get my certified Yoga Alliance diploma, but I have been teaching online classes since September 2020. My students are very satisfied and I can provide you with references if needed.

My teaching method is based on a dynamic flow of vinyasa yoga. I usually start with a slower work that gradually increases in intensity, to end with a re-descent and a work of relaxation. I alternate between balance exercises, breathing, meditation, but also muscle strengthening. That being said, I can adapt to the customer's request. I can do beginner or intermediate lessons, in groups or private lessons.

Perfect! Mon 1er cours avec Kenza : c'est une jeune femme très sympa et à l'écoute des problèmes physiques que l'on peut avoir. Cours dynamique et les postures sont répétées autant que nécessaire, détaillées et corrigées. Ce cours m'a convaincu de recommencer rendez-vous pris pour la semaine prochaine.
