About Alice
I'm taking a gap year before studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Oxford and honestly, I've missed maths. I genuinely love it and I'd love to share some of that enthusiasm with students who are struggling, or just want to get better.
My background is in applied maths, and I'm confident teaching the numerical side of subjects like Physics and Economics too. So whether it's A-level calculus or understanding economic models, we can work through it together.
I know maths has a reputation. My goal isn't to make you tolerate an hour of it but to get you to a point where things actually click, and maybe even feel good about it. That's the version of maths I want you to experience.

Sessions are tailored to each student as the best way to learn maths is the way that works for you.
My approach is built around genuine understanding, not memorisation. We work through concepts using examples, guided questions, and independent problem-solving, so students can actually apply what they've learned and not just recall it for an exam.
I teach primary through to A-level (ages 4–18), including the numerical elements of Physics and Economics. Sessions run 1–2 hours and are available in person or online.
