About Moshfeque
I’m Moshfeque, an Oxford law graduate and non-practising barrister based in London. I graduated with a First in Law, completed the Bachelor of Civil Law master's degree and was called to the Bar of England and Wales.
My career has taken me well beyond the courtroom. I spent more than 15 years living in Bangladesh, where I held senior roles in banking, insurance and capital markets. I’ve worked with people from many backgrounds and learned the value of listening carefully and explaining ideas clearly. I’ve also delivered a guest seminar to an LLM class at Cardiff University.
I enjoy conversations that make people think and help them find the words to express their ideas with confidence. Whether you’re preparing for university, an interview or a professional presentation, I’ll bring academic rigour, practical experience and genuine attention to what you want to achieve.

The most useful lesson starts with what you need to do in real life: speak more confidently in English, handle an interview, present an idea or make a convincing argument. I will ask about your goals first, then build our one-to-one sessions around them.
A typical online lesson lasts 60 minutes. We might discuss an article or a question, practise an interview, or work through a short presentation. I will ask questions, give you room to develop your own ideas and offer clear feedback on how to express them more effectively. You will leave with specific points to practise before we meet again.
I studied law at Oxford, graduated with a First and completed the Bachelor of Civil Law master's degree. I later trained as a barrister and spent many years presenting and explaining complex ideas in senior business roles. I have also delivered a guest seminar to an LLM class at Cardiff University. I am newer to private tutoring, and bring that academic and professional experience to every session.
My lessons are best suited to older teenagers, university applicants, university students and adults, particularly those seeking spoken English practice, interview and presentation skills, or support with legal reasoning and university preparation.
