BSc Hons Human Biosciences, ex Lab tech and tutor / owner of the AfN certified foundations of nutrition course (norsegym)
I've been delivering online courses for 7 years and have taught hundreds if not thousands of personal trainers and fitness enthusiasts in that time.
I'm qualified to also teach the level 3 YMCA, Olympic lifting and Nutrition qualifications

Students recieve access to an online learning platform with their own unique login and catalogue of pre-recorded lessons, aswell as having access to myself for personal tutoring to help work through the content on a weekly group-call basis.
I base my classes on slides and handouts with a relaxed open questions format, covering topics that build on the previous topics and a focus on case-study, meaning we apply the content to ourselves or example populations to see how the work we do impacts the people we work with. There is a heavy emphasis on theory and evidence based practice
