About El Hadji
My skill set consists of meeting the student where they are in their communication style, their level of understanding and their level of comfort with the topic. Overcoming frustration, mental blocks and fear are the first steps. Once we cover those, the learner is relaxed and open to making leaps and bounds forward on the topic.
