About Linderson
Who I Am & Why I Teach
I'm a seasoned Financial Controller and General Manager with over 35 years of hands-on experience across manufacturing, FMCG distribution, retail, and fragrance industries. Over the decades, I've sat at the highest levels of business — working directly with boards, CEOs, and management teams — solving real financial and operational problems, leading turnarounds, and building businesses from the ground up.
My experience spans virtually every function relevant to business management: financial reporting, financial management, costing, alternative cost analysis, cash flow management, and assets management. I've led business strategy, business transformation, breakthrough management, and business turnaround, while spotting business problems and opportunities early, assessing business threats and risks, conducting feasibility studies, and creating and evaluating both internal and external business opportunities. I've built SOPs, improved processes, managed production, developed talent, written business proposals, and driven sales, marketing, and branding strategy — often all within the same business, at the same time.
Why I Teach
I want to teach because I believe this kind of real-world, cross-functional business knowledge shouldn't stay locked inside boardrooms. Too many students learn accounting formulas without ever seeing how they connect to an actual business decision, and too many business owners struggle alone without access to the kind of mentoring that senior executives take for granted. I want to close that gap.
Beyond that, I believe each generation should be better equipped than the last. Passing on real business knowledge and experience — not just to individuals, but to the coming generation as a whole — is my way of contributing to society and helping ensure progress continues from generation to generation.
Business Consulting & Mentoring
For business owners, and entrepreneurs, I also offer dedicated business consulting and business mentoring — covering business leadership and everything directly or indirectly relevant to business management. Sometimes what's needed isn't a lesson, but a sounding board from someone who has been in your seat.
Teaching, to me, isn't separate from my career — it's an extension of it.
