About Connor
15 years of in-person gym experience, with clients including spinal surgery rehabilitation, Royal Marines preparation, pure muscular gains and weight loss.
I played rugby to a high level pre-injury, now balance my own gym sessions and ultramarathon running around 60hr work weeks in the city, dogs, commuting and the prospect of becoming a dad in November.
I coach people in every spare minute I have, because I love to see the results of people hitting their goals, be it pain relief from a bad back through to some good holiday pictures!

I produce completely tailored programming, including training programmes and nutritional advice orientated around your goals and current situation.
We can chat 24/7 via WhatsApp, have weekly 30 minute check in calls/coffee in person, bi-weekly progression training plans and access to a community including run clubs and mobility sessions. You will also receive a 'Salt' welcome pack to help you feel part of something bigger.
