About Iela
Hi, I'm Iela and I am currently a Biology student at Oxford University! I studied the IB Diploma Programme (Bio, Chem, Psych HL and Math, Lit, Fil HL) and I used to give STEM tutorials in high school both in a formal and informal capacity. I specialise in Biology, but I am also a good writer/editor so I can help out with science subjects that are a bit more essay-based, as well as university application essays.

If available, I go by what the syllabus requires explicitly and ensure that a solid foundation is built before going more in-depth into a topic. I tend to use visual aids and simple keywords as I find those are easiest to recall, especially for exams. I also use an active recall system to make sure knowledge is retained.
