About Amitaayu
I am a sustainability expert with a masters in Sustainability Management from Columbia University (USA) and one in Sustainable Development from TERI University (India). I am looking to use my love for teaching and nurturing young minds to help bridge the gap between what is taught and what is understood. English, environment and sustainability are my areas of expertise and I hope to engage growing minds to discover their potential and achieve their highest capabilities.

My method of teaching is based on the students themselves. I gauge the students current understanding of a topic and try to engage them in a discussion that encourages them to think outside the box, and beyond what they are learning in the classroom. I want them to develop a perspective that takes what they learn in the class and be able to apply it to other aspects of their learning and lives. Having taught in India and the USA, I have had the opportunity of working with students from diverse backgrounds and learning abilities.

Amitaayu is a great teacher! He has immense knowledge of the subjects he teaches. He doesn't want you to just memorize the material he wants you to understand it! He puts great effort and care into making sure you understand the subject matter and can take what you've learned and apply it to other aspects of your life. He wants you to have a greater knowledge of the subject and that is clearly seen through his teaching.

Fees would change as the level of the student goes up, for example the fees for teaching a 6th grade lesson would be different from a 12th grade lesson or exam prep. Cancellation and rescheduling of classes needs to be done 24 hours before the class.
