About Charlotte
Hi, I’m Charlotte, an undergraduate Fine Art student specialising in painting and sculpture. My practice focuses on using art as a means of emotional expression, helping ideas and feelings develop into confident and meaningful visual work. I primarily work with oil paint, followed by acrylic, and often create large-scale pieces. My approach is experience-focused and process-led, supporting students of all ages in building confidence, developing technical skills, and expressing themselves creatively. No prior art experience is required.

My online tutoring sessions are suitable for all ages and skill levels, from complete beginners to more experienced artists seeking guidance and direction. Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals and can be structured, open-ended, or a combination of both. Sessions may focus on emotional expression through art, oil and acrylic painting techniques, idea development, or refining existing work. I can also offer introductory guidance on presenting work and building a portfolio, where appropriate. Lessons are student-centred and flexible, lasting between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on individual needs.
