I have a B. A. Hons degree in Spanish from Portsmouth University, and an RSA CELTA teaching qualification from International House, London.
I have lived in different parts of Spain, teaching English, Business English, and Spanish for 20 years.
My Spanish is native level.

Having lived in Spain for more than 20 years, I can give students an insight into daily life, such as Spanish Cuisine, Spanish Cinema, Theatre, Music and Dance.
My teaching method is based on the 'direct method'. As a native English speaker, I know all the typical mistakes students make, and the tricks to avoid them.
I am currently working as a Spanish Language Assistant at Secondary School, helping students to improve their confidence and fluency.
I love to teach students idiomatic expressions to give their Spanish authentic flavour. I also cook Spanish food. I do face to face or Online lessons.
