I love the problem-solving side of chess and know how overwhelming the game can feel when you're starting out. I want to make learning chess simple, relaxed and enjoyable — no intimidating theory or pressure.

I use your own games, puzzles and practice positions to work on tactics, avoiding blunders, opening principles, checkmates and making better decisions.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes and are best suited to complete beginners and Chess.com players below ~1000.
I've reached 1700+ on Chess.com and enjoy helping newer players understand the game and play with more confidence. No judgment for blunders, that's how we learn!
